Wake up in this 19th-century castle hotel in Venetian style, located in the heart of the Languedoc. Enjoy the charm of this estate as you stroll through the exotic garden. Take a moment to stop by the herb and vegetable garden, whose produce is used by Marie and Alain in their gastronomic dishes.
Discover the local specialties and taste a selection of regional wines. Sommelier Thierry is happy to provide more information about the wines on offer.
The castle dates back to the 19th century and was originally part of a large wine estate. In 1999, the Braillon-Pinnewaert family decided to transform the then-dilapidated castle estate into a unique place where you can forget everything. They rebuilt 'Le Château' step by step, respecting the original elements and architecture.
With Gérard Braillon as a passionate woodworker, Marie and Alain as chefs in the kitchen, and Thierry as the sommelier, there are plenty of reasons to stay within the castle walls. However, when exploring the Languedoc, the family is happy to provide tips and advice.
